Each 2-hour seminar will focus on back-to-basics technical work for the snatch, clean, and jerk. These sessions are technical rather than physically demanding, making them suitable for a wide range of abilities.

Move faster under the bar through better timing, not brute force.
Build confidence lifting heavier weights by trusting your position.
Understand what a good technique actually looks and feels like in the snatch, clean, and jerk.
Improve consistency so solid lifts become repeatable, not accidental.
Train smarter and safer to reduce breakdowns and long-term injury risk.
Leave with clear cues and drills you can apply immediately in your own training.

9:30 - 10:00 - Arrival and coffee
10:00 - 10:30 - Mobility & Warm-up.
10:30 - 12:30 - Session #1: Back-to-basics technical work on snatch, clean, and jerk (Light session)
12:30 - 14:30 - Lunch and Q&A
14:30 - 16:00 - Session #2: Variation of exercises building on a solid technical foundation and slight increase in weight.
π½ Optional group dinner on Saturday evening
A relaxed chance to ask questions and discuss training in more depth.

9:00 - 9:30 - Arrival & Warm-up
9:30 - 11:00 - Session #3: Snatch, Clean & Jerk - Heavier session to expose individual areas for improvement.
11:00 - 13:00 - Lunch
13:00 - 14:30 - Session #4: Specific exercises addressing individual 'work-ons' identified in session 3.
14:30 - 15:00 - Q&A to end.
All payments are non-refundable. However, if you can no longer attend, you may transfer your spot to someone else.
Please allow 30 minutes either side of the scheduled time to warm up and in case the session run over. Some timings may be subject to change but I am not anticipating this.
