This two-day training camp is designed for those who want to fully immerse themselves in Olympic weightlifting and receive more personalised coaching than a seminar allows.

Day 1 - SATURDAY

9:30 - 10:00 - Arrival and coffee

10:00 - 10:30 - Mobility & Warm-up.

10:30 - 12:30 - Session #1: Back-to-basics technical work on snatch, clean, and jerk (Light session)

12:30 - 14:30 - Lunch and Q&A

14:30 - 16:00 - Session #2: Variation of exercises building on a solid technical foundation and slight increase in weight.

🍽 Optional group dinner on Saturday evening
A relaxed chance to ask questions and discuss training in more depth.

Day 2 - Individual Progress

9:00 - 9:30 - Arrival & Warm-up
9:30 - 11:00 - Session #3: Snatch, Clean & Jerk - Heavier session to expose individual areas for improvement.

11:00 - 13:00 - Lunch
13:00 - 14:30 - Session #4: Specific exercises addressing individual 'work-ons' identified in session 3.

14:30 - 15:00 - Q&A to end.

SCHEDULING ADJUSTMENTs

Please allow 30 minutes either side of the scheduled time to warm up and in case the session run over. Some timings may be subject to change but I am not anticipating this.
